Medical Image Annotation Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Image Annotation Specialist to join our team for a specialized project involving thyroid lesion segmentation on MRI data. You will be working within the Redbrick AI platform to identify and segment thyroid nodules that are 5 mm or larger. Key Responsibilities: • Performing semantic segmentation of thyroid nodules using "brush and threshold" tools. • Following project-specific annotation guidelines to ensure high-accuracy labeling. • Creating separate, individual entities for each distinct lesion identified in the MRI scans. • Carefully following inclusion/exclusion criteria to maintain dataset integrity. • Documenting challenges, such as heterogeneity or border-delineation issues, for Lead/Radiologist review. Requirements: • Prior experience in medical image annotation (MRI/CT preferred). • High attention to detail and ability to follow complex anatomical guidelines. • Familiarity with medical imaging terminology or anatomical structures (preferred). • Ability to maintain consistency in orthogonal measurements. • Reliable access to a high-speed, secure internet connection.
