Medical Translation Validation Specialists

We are seeking experienced language specialists to validate translated marketing materials for a global medical device company. This is not a translation project. Instead, you will review and validate translations completed by a third-party translation provider to ensure they are accurate, clinically appropriate, and use terminology that is natural for healthcare professionals in your language. LANGUAGES NEEDED Applicants should be native speakers or demonstrate expert-level fluency in one or more of the following languages: German French Italian Spanish RESPONSIBILITIES Review translated marketing materials for linguistic accuracy and clarity. Verify that clinical and medical terminology is translated appropriately and consistently. Recommend edits where needed to improve accuracy or readability while preserving the intended meaning. Collaborate with our team to resolve translation questions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Native or expert-level proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Strong preference for candidates with a clinical/ healthcare background, particularly in: Labor & Delivery Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Maternity or Women's Health Lactation or Infant Feeding Experience reviewing or validating medical, clinical, or healthcare marketing materials is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills. PROJECT DETAILS Work involves translation validation only; you will not be translating materials from English. Projects may include brochures, emails, digital content, presentations and other marketing materials. This may develop into an ongoing opportunity based on project needs and performance.
