Member Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

Scope of Work The Contractor will support the company's member re-engagement efforts by: Contacting assigned inactive members through approved SMS and email channels Writing and testing engaging outreach messages, subject lines, calls to action, and follow-up sequences Managing initial outreach and ongoing follow-up Encouraging qualified members to schedule screening Reviewing member history in company CRM and Zendesk to determine viability Updating member notes, statuses, outreach activity, and conversions in the CRM Responding to basic member questions and escalating issues as needed Tracking outreach results and identifying the most effective messaging Systems The Contractor should be proficient in, or able to quickly learn: Internal CRM Zendesk Front Gmail Customer.io Approved scheduling and communication tools Performance Expectations The Contractor will work toward a target of 1,000 completed CRM conversions per month, based on defined conversion criteria. Performance may also be evaluated based on: Outreach and follow-up completion Response and conversion rates Screenings scheduled and completed CRM accuracy Quality and effectiveness of messaging tests Member experience and adherence to approved outreach procedures Required Skills Excellent written English Strong SMS and email copywriting Experience creating and testing engaging outreach messaging High-volume outreach and follow-up experience Strong CRM skills and attention to detail Ability to review customer history and use sound judgment Strong organization and independent execution
