Meta Ads Consultant & Team Trainer — Seminar Lead Generation and Attendance We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Consultant and Trainer to help us build a high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising system for our live seminars. This is not a traditional ad-management position. We need a hands-on expert who can both improve campaign performance and train our internal team to confidently create, launch, analyze, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns. Our primary objective is straightforward: generate qualified seminar registrations and turn those registrations into actual attendees. The ideal consultant understands that success is not measured only by clicks, impressions, or inexpensive leads. We are looking for someone who can help us build campaigns that produce measurable business outcomes, including: Qualified seminar registrations Lower cost per registration Higher registration-to-attendance rates Consistent seminar attendance A repeatable advertising process our team can operate internally What You Will Do You will evaluate our current Meta advertising efforts, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a scalable campaign framework for promoting seminars through Facebook and Instagram. Your responsibilities will include: Auditing our existing Meta Ads account, campaigns, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and tracking Developing a seminar-specific Meta Ads strategy focused on registrations and actual attendance Structuring campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, registration conversion, and attendance reminders Helping our team define and reach the right target audiences Teaching our team how to create effective campaign objectives, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies Developing a practical creative-testing system for video, static-image, carousel, testimonial, and copy variations Improving ad messaging, offers, calls to action, and registration funnels Setting up or validating Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, UTMs, and event tracking Creating reporting that connects advertising spend to registrations, attendance, cost per attendee, and return on ad spend Training our team to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions Building retargeting campaigns for people who watched videos, visited landing pages, engaged with content, or began but did not complete registration Coordinating advertising strategy with email, text-message, and reminder campaigns designed to improve seminar show-up rates Creating campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, templates, and internal training materials Providing live, hands-on training while our team builds and launches real campaigns Advising the team on Meta advertising policies and account-risk reduction Key Deliverables The consultant will be expected to help us create: A complete Meta Ads account and tracking audit A seminar advertising strategy and campaign architecture Audience, messaging, and creative-testing frameworks Prospecting and retargeting campaign templates A seminar registration and attendance-tracking dashboard Written campaign-launch and optimization procedures Recorded or documented training materials for future team members A practical training program that enables our team to manage campaigns independently Recommendations for improving the registration funnel and reducing no-shows A final transition plan for ongoing internal campaign management What Success Looks Like Success in this engagement will include: More qualified seminar registrations Improved cost per registration Increased registration-to-attendance conversion Lower cost per actual attendee Clear and reliable attribution Better-performing advertising creative A documented, repeatable campaign system An internal team capable of managing and optimizing Meta campaigns without long-term dependence on an outside agency Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API Proven experience with lead-generation, event-registration, webinar, seminar, or local-market campaigns Experience optimizing for business outcomes rather than vanity metrics Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience development, retargeting, creative testing, and conversion tracking Ability to diagnose problems across ads, offers, landing pages, tracking, and follow-up systems Experience training marketers or internal business teams Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to team members with different levels of advertising experience Strong analytical and communication skills Willingness to work collaboratively and teach rather than simply take over the account Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing live, educational, professional, legal, financial, healthcare, or community-based seminars Experience improving event show-up rates through retargeting, email, and SMS coordination Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation platforms Experience developing advertising SOPs, dashboards, and internal playbooks Experience with geographically targeted campaigns Ability to advise on ad creative, short-form video, landing pages, and conversion-focused copywriting Engagement Structure This is a consulting and team-training engagement, with the possibility of ongoing advisory work based on performance and fit. The engagement may include: Initial account and funnel audit Strategy-development sessions Live virtual or in-person training Campaign-building workshops Weekly performance reviews Creative and messaging reviews Optimization guidance Written SOPs and training documentation A structured transition to internal campaign management
