Job Description: We are a franchise development consultancy seeking an experienced Meta advertising specialist for ongoing lead generation work across multiple franchise brands. We seek a capable partner who can build, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns consistently across all of them. Who we are: We support franchise brands with development strategy, prospect targeting, and sales pipeline management. Our clients operate across multiple categories including specialty retail, service, and personal care. We handle the franchise development process end to end — and we need a Meta ads partner who can own the paid social piece reliably. What the work looks like: Each client has a distinct brand, target franchisee profile, and investment level. Some have existing creative assets. Some will need creative built from scratch. Campaigns target sophisticated business operators and investors — not impulse buyers. Lead quality matters far more than lead volume. What we need: Required: Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign architecture, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and optimization Demonstrated experience running franchise lead generation or high-consideration business opportunity campaigns Ability to develop and refine ad creative — video, static, carousel — across different brand voices and audiences Strong understanding of Meta lead ad formats — Instant Forms, landing page campaigns, retargeting Pixel management and integrations with GoHighLevel Use of data (targeting databases, 'lookalikes' etc.) Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously without quality slipping Clear reporting — you communicate what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it Strong Plus: Experience with lead response management — following up with inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, or managing handoff to a sales team CRM integration experience — connecting Meta lead ads to CRM or booking systems What success looks like: Qualified franchise inquiry leads generated at a predictable and improving cost per lead, across multiple brands simultaneously. Creative that reflects the premium positioning of each brand. Campaigns that get smarter over time — not ones that need constant hand-holding. Engagement: We will start with one or two brands to establish the working relationship, with expectation of expanding across the full portfolio quickly. We are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer cycling through projects.
