Project Title: Meta Ads Lead-Gen Specialist (Performance/Technical Focus) Overview: We are a local institution launching a time-sensitive, high-impact community partnership event. We are looking for a technical Media Buyer to manage our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-generation engine. We have the creative assets (video/images) ready; your role is to ensure the technical infrastructure is flawless and the appointment flow is aggressive. The Goal: Drive 50–100+ qualified appointment bookings. We are not looking for "leads" (simple clicks or vanity metrics); we are looking for high-intent, verified appointments that convert to in-store visits. We are prepared to scale ad spend aggressively once you demonstrate a profitable Cost-Per-Appointment. Your Responsibilities: Technical Implementation: Configure Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and form integration. We need 100% accurate tracking so we know exactly which ad generates which appointment. Campaign Management: Build and manage the lead-gen campaign in Meta Ads Manager. Optimization: Continuous A/B testing, audience refinement, and budget management to keep our Cost-Per-Appointment low as we scale. Reporting: Provide daily, transparent updates on lead volume and appointment conversion rates. Requirements: Proven experience in high-ticket, local service lead generation (please provide case studies). Deep expertise in Meta Ads technical setup (Pixel/CAPI/CRM integration).
