Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert + Social Media Manager for Canadian eCommerce Brand Job Type: Long-Term Contract Compensation: Fixed Budget – $400 USD per Month (Non-Negotiable). Payment will be released on a bi-weekly basis. Initial Advertising Budget: $30 USD/Day (Initially, with plans to scale) PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This is NOT a Meta Ads-only position. We are looking for ONE experienced digital marketer who can take complete ownership of our digital marketing and business growth. You will be responsible for: 1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 2. Google Ads 3. Google Merchant Center 4. Meta Pixel & Conversion API 5. Google Ads Conversion Tracking & GA4 6. Creative Design 7. Video Editing 8. Facebook & Instagram Management 9. Organic Content Creation 10. WooCommerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) 11. Weekly Reporting 12. Overall Digital Marketing Strategy Your responsibility is to determine the best advertising strategy and allocate our budget across Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize profitable sales. You should continuously test, optimize, and scale the platform(s) delivering the best results. Please DO NOT apply if: * You only manage Meta Ads. * You only manage Google Ads. * You only create social media content. * You only design graphics or edit videos. * You expect additional payment for creative production or social media management. * You are not comfortable with the fixed monthly budget of $400 USD/month. ABOUT US Socchol is a Canadian eCommerce brand specializing in 100% authentic Korean skincare products. Website: https://socchol.com/ CURRENT SITUATION * We have already launched several Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Sales campaigns. * We have generated sales, but the campaigns are not consistently profitable. * Our Meta Pixel and Conversion API are not fully configured and verified. We need a complete audit, setup, troubleshooting, and testing. * Our Google Merchant Center is fully set up, and all products are approved. * We have not launched any Google Ads campaigns yet. * Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag, and GA4 integration have not been configured yet. * We are looking for someone who can build a strong tracking foundation, create the right advertising strategy, and scale our business profitably. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Paid Advertising Strategy * Audit our current advertising setup. * Analyze previous campaign performance. * Develop the best advertising strategy. * Decide how our advertising budget should be allocated between Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Continuously improve ROAS and reduce Cost Per Purchase. * Scale the platform(s) generating the best results. 2. Meta Ads * Audit our Meta Ads account. * Audit and fix Meta Pixel. * Audit and fix Conversion API. * Verify server-side tracking. * Ensure View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase, and all other events are tracking accurately. * Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram Sales campaigns. * Test audiences, creatives, campaign structures, placements, and offers. * Monitor campaigns daily. * Continuously optimize campaigns. * Scale profitable campaigns. 3. Google Ads * Set up Google Ads from scratch. * Configure Google Ads conversion tracking. * Configure Google Tag and GA4 integration. * Develop the Google Ads strategy. * Launch Google Shopping campaigns. * Launch Performance Max campaigns. * Launch Search campaigns where appropriate. * Continuously optimize campaigns. * Scale profitable campaigns. 4. Creative Production Create: * Image Ads * Video Ads * Facebook Reels * Instagram Reels * UGC-style Creatives * Promotional Creatives * Educational Skincare Content * Seasonal Campaigns Continuously create and test new creatives to prevent creative fatigue. 5. Facebook & Instagram Management Take complete ownership of our Facebook and Instagram pages. Minimum Weekly Deliverables: * 3 Facebook Posts * 3 Instagram Posts * 2 Facebook Reels * 2 Instagram Reels * 5 Stories * 4 New Image Creatives * 2 New Video Creatives * 3 New Ad Creatives Created and Tested You will also be responsible for: * Content Planning * Graphic Design * Caption Writing * Educational Content * Product-focused Content * Community Management * Replying to Comments and Messages * Maintaining a premium brand image * Growing our organic social media presence These are the minimum weekly deliverables based on our current advertising budget. As our advertising budget and business grow, the deliverables may be adjusted by mutual agreement. 6. Website Conversion Optimization We do not have a website developer. You will regularly review our WooCommerce website and, where possible, implement improvements to increase conversions and sales. Examples include: * Product Pages * Landing Pages * Trust Signals * Customer Journey * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) If advanced development is required, clearly explain what needs to be done. WEEKLY REPORTING: Advertising Report * Meta Ads Performance * Google Ads Performance * ROAS * Cost Per Purchase (CPP) * Advertising Spend * Revenue Generated * Winning Campaigns * Losing Campaigns * Winning Creatives * Audience Insights * Tests Completed * Optimizations Completed * Next Week's Optimization Plan Creative & Social Media Report * Facebook Posts Published * Instagram Posts Published * Facebook Reels Published * Instagram Reels Published * Stories Published * Image Creatives Produced * Video Creatives Produced * New Ad Creatives Tested REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of Meta Ads experience. * Proven Google Ads experience. * Proven success managing eCommerce brands. * Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify. * Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and GA4. * Experience troubleshooting tracking issues. * Strong graphic design skills. * Strong video editing skills. * Excellent copywriting skills. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Experience with skincare, beauty, or cosmetics brands is highly preferred. * Fluent English communication.
