Meta Ads, Google Ads & Social Media Growth Manager for Canadian eCommerce Brand Job Type: Long-Term Contract Compensation: Fixed Budget – $400 USD per Month Advertising Budget: $30 USD/Day (Initially, with plans to scale) We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Social Media Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our digital marketing. Our company, Socchol, is a Canadian eCommerce brand specializing in 100% authentic Korean skincare products. Website: (link removed) We have already generated sales through Meta Ads, but our campaigns have not yet achieved consistent profitability. We are looking for someone who can improve our advertising performance, create high-converting creatives, manage our social media presence, and help us build a profitable and scalable brand. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can consistently deliver measurable results. Your Responsibilities: 1. Audit our Meta Ads account, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and website. 2. Review previous campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. 3. Develop and execute a complete Meta advertising strategy. 4. Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram Sales campaigns. 5. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce Cost Per Purchase. 6. Test audiences, creatives, placements, campaign structures, and offers. 7. Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency. 8. Monitor campaign performance daily. 9. Audit and manage Google Ads and Google Merchant Center (preferred). 10. Manage Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns (preferred). 11. Create all advertising creatives, including: 11.1 Image ads 11.2 Video ads 11.3 Facebook Reels 11.4 Instagram Reels 11.5 UGC-style creatives 11.6 Promotional creatives 11.7 Educational skincare creatives 11.8 Seasonal campaigns 12. Continuously create and test new ad creatives to prevent creative fatigue. 13. Take complete ownership of our Facebook and Instagram pages, including: 13.1 Content planning 13.2 Graphic design 13.3 Educational content 13.4 Product-focused content 13.5 Reel creation 13.6 Story creation 13.7 Community management 13.8 Replying to comments and messages 13.9 Maintaining a premium and consistent brand image 13.10 Growing our organic social media presence 14. Prepare a weekly content calendar and obtain approval before publishing. 15. Review our website regularly and recommend improvements to: 15.1 Increase conversion rate 15.2 Improve customer journey 15.3 Improve trust signals 15.4 Improve product pages 15.5 Improve landing pages Weekly Reporting: A detailed report must be submitted every week. Advertising Report 1. Meta Ads performance 2. Google Ads performance (if applicable) 3. ROAS 4. Cost Per Purchase / Cost Per Conversion 5. Advertising spend 6. Revenue generated 7. Winning campaigns 8. Losing campaigns 9. Winning creatives 10. Audience insights 11. Tests completed 12. Optimizations completed 13. Next week's optimization plan Creative & Social Media Report: 1. Number of Facebook posts published 2. Number of Instagram posts published 3. Number of Facebook Reels published 4. Number of Instagram Reels published 5. Number of Stories published 6. Number of image creatives designed 7. Number of video creatives produced 8. Number of new ad creatives created and tested 9. Content calendar for the following week Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of Meta Ads experience. 2. Proven success managing eCommerce brands. 3. Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify. 4. Strong understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversion API. 5. Strong graphic design and video editing skills. 6. Ability to create both image and video creatives. 7. Excellent copywriting skills. 8. Google Ads experience is preferred. 9. Strong analytical and communication skills. 10. Experience with skincare, beauty, or cosmetics brands is highly preferred. 11. Fluent English communication. When Applying, Please Answer: 1.
