Meta Ads + Klaviyo Expert for Streetwear Launch

Seeking an expert to launch our premium streetwear brand using Meta Ads and Klaviyo. Responsibilities include setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, managing email marketing, and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves direct-to-consumer apparel and focuses on the first drop of the brand. Ideal candidates will have experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. JOB DESCRIPTION: We're launching — a dark, premium streetwear brand — and need a proven ecommerce growth specialist to run the paid launch professionally. This is a defined, flat-fee project to take us through our first drop, with potential to continue ongoing if results are strong. About the brand: This brand is built around a bold identity — "Built Without Permission." Dark, cinematic, premium. Our audience is the 22–40 fitness / streetwear crossover. Think the elevated world-building of Represent meets the founder-driven community of Nude Project. The brand voice is specific and we protect it carefully — we need someone who can scale revenue without flattening the brand into generic "shop now" ads. What we already have built: Shopify store, live Klaviyo connected (flows built: welcome, abandoned cart, etc.) Meta Pixel + Conversions API installed GA4 + TikTok Pixel installed Brand shoot content + ad creative in progress What we need you to do: Build, launch, and manage our Meta (FB/IG) ad campaigns for Drop 001 Set up clean attribution/tracking (UTMs, pixel events, ROAS reporting) so we know exactly what's working Optimize the full funnel: ad → subscriber → Klaviyo flow → purchase Advise on creative strategy and audience targeting Help engineer a sell-out launch (scarcity, drop mechanics) Report on real metrics — ROAS, CPA, conversion — not vanity numbers Optimize launch revenue and sales potential You're a fit if you: Have launched DTC apparel / fashion / streetwear brands specifically (please show examples) Are expert in both Meta Ads Manager AND Klaviyo (we want one person who owns the full funnel) Talk in terms of ROAS and net margin, not impressions and reach Understand drop-based / limited-release ecommerce Can protect a strong brand identity while scaling To apply, please answer: Share 1–2 DTC apparel brands you've launched or scaled, with real results (ROAS / revenue). How do you approach attribution so we can clearly track what each ad drives? How do you balance scaling ad spend with protecting a premium brand feel?
