Meta Ads Manager (Freelance) — Women's Fashion E-commerce We're a small Australian women's fashion e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Meta ads freelancer to help run and optimise our paid social. About the work: * Account is already set up and running (CBO structure, multiple active ad sets, AUD). * We ship to AU, UK and US markets. * You'd be managing day-to-day performance, optimisation, and scaling decisions, working alongside the founder who stays close to strategy. You should have: * Proven Meta ads experience with fashion, apparel or e-commerce brands (please share examples). * Strong grasp of Andromeda and Meta updates, Google ads and scaling. * Comfort working with a hands-on founder who creates all the content. * Clear, regular communication and straightforward reporting. A strong understand of fashion is a must. Nice to have: * Experience with smaller brands and lean budgets (not just big-spend accounts). * Familiarity with Shopify.
