Meta Ads Manager Needed for Conversion Campaign in the Moroccan French-Speaking Market

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to launch, manage, and optimize a conversion-focused advertising campaign targeting the French-speaking Moroccan market. All key creative assets are already available, including: * Ad visuals * Copywriting * Offer and campaign messaging * Target customer information Your role will be to turn these existing assets into a well-structured and profitable Meta advertising campaign. Responsibilities * Review the existing visuals, copy, offer, and campaign strategy * Set up the Meta Ads campaign structure * Recommend the most appropriate campaign objectives and targeting strategy * Configure audiences, placements, budgets, and conversion events * Verify that Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are working correctly * Launch and monitor the campaigns * Test different creatives, copy variations, audiences, and campaign structures * Optimize the campaigns based on performance data * Control acquisition costs and improve conversion rates * Identify and resolve issues affecting campaign performance * Provide clear and regular performance reports * Share actionable recommendations for improving results Target Market The 3 weeks campaign will target a French-speaking audience in Morocco. Previous experience managing campaigns in Morocco, North Africa, or other French-speaking markets would be highly valuable. A strong understanding of Moroccan consumer behavior, French-language advertising, and Meta advertising costs in the local market is a major advantage. Requirements * Proven experience managing conversion campaigns on Facebook and Instagram * Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager * Experience with lead generation, sales, or other conversion-focused campaigns * Solid understanding of campaign tracking, Meta Pixel, and conversion events * Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven optimization decisions * Experience testing audiences, creatives, placements, and offers * Clear communication and transparent reporting * Fluent or professional-level English * French proficiency is strongly preferred Important We are not looking for someone who will simply launch the campaign and leave it running. We need a proactive Ads Manager who will monitor performance, identify problems, test improvements, and take ownership of the campaign’s results. All creatives and copywriting are already prepared.
