Meta Ads Media Buyer / Campaign Operator for DTC E-commerce Brand

Summary

We are a growing DTC e-commerce brand advertising across multiple European markets and are looking for a reliable Meta Ads specialist to support our paid social operations. The role will initially focus on executing a consistent 3-day creative launch cycle, maintaining account accuracy and helping manage ongoing campaign performance. This is not an agency role and we are not looking for someone to completely rebuild our existing advertising system. We already have a working structure, creative team and testing process. We need someone who can operate within that system, execute carefully and gradually take on more media-buying responsibility. Responsibilities Launch new ads and creative tests every 3 days Set up campaigns, ad sets and ads correctly Follow existing naming conventions and account structures Check URLs, tracking, targeting, budgets, pages and creative assets before launch Monitor delivery and identify errors or unusual performance Apply agreed kill, iteration and scaling rules Keep campaigns and creative testing organised Provide clear performance updates and flag anything requiring attention Coordinate with the founder and creative team Requirements Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with CBO and ABO campaigns Understanding of creative testing, scaling and performance metrics Able to follow a system without making unnecessary changes Reliable communication and consistent availability Fluent written English Experience with multiple markets, currencies, Facebook pages and languages is a strong advantage. Important Accuracy is extremely important. A small setup error can waste significant ad spend, so we need someone who checks their work carefully and takes ownership. The role will start part-time, with room to grow as trust and performance develop.
