Meta Ads Specialist Needed for Conversion Campaigns & Scaling

We are looking to bring on 2–3 experienced Meta Ads Specialists to support a growing volume of client ad accounts for a marketing agency. We need individuals who are highly efficient with Meta ads, especially around conversion campaigns, lead generation, sales funnels, retargeting, creative testing, and scaling campaigns profitably. This role is for someone who can come in, understand the account quickly, identify what is working, spot what needs improvement, and help manage or scale campaigns without heavy hand-holding. We are getting a lot of new ad work through Scale.io and need reliable support ASAP. Important: We are only looking for individual freelancers at this time. No agencies, teams, or white-label companies. You must also be comfortable working under a marketing agency and signing an NDA before accessing client accounts or campaign information. Responsibilities: -Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns -Build conversion-focused campaign structures -Review existing ad accounts and identify quick wins -Manage testing for audiences, creatives, copy, placements, and offers -Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions -Improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency -Provide clear performance updates and recommendations -Support campaign scaling while keeping spend efficient -Work alongside our internal team and follow agency processes Requirements: -Proven experience running Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads -Strong understanding of conversion campaigns -Experience with lead generation, ecommerce, or service-based funnels -Ability to show proof of past campaign results or case studies -Comfortable working with Meta Pixel, events, custom conversions, and tracking -Available during US working hours -Strong communication and reporting skills Able to move quickly and work independently -Comfortable signing an NDA -Must be an individual freelancer, not an agency Tools You Should Be Comfortable With: -Meta Ads Manager -Meta Business Suite -Google Analytics / GA4 -Google Tag Manager -Looker Studio or similar reporting dashboards -Google Sheets -CRM or funnel tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar -Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management tools
