Meta Ads Specialist for Colombian Shapewear & Compression Garments Ecommerce (Spain Market)

We are a growing ecommerce brand specialized in Colombian shapewear and compression garments, serving customers across Spain. We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help us scale sales, optimize existing campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities. We are seeking someone who not only understands the Meta advertising ecosystem but also has a deep understanding of the Spanish female consumer and the buying behavior associated with this product category. Responsibilities Audit and optimize existing Meta Ads campaigns. Create and launch new conversion-focused campaigns. Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency. Develop new creative angles and advertising concepts. Continuously test audiences, messaging, offers, and ad formats. Create or supervise visual content for advertising campaigns. Leverage AI tools to generate images, videos, UGC-style content, and creative concepts when appropriate. Identify opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey and sales funnel. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce brands. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and online purchasing habits in Spain. Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions based on results. Demonstrated experience with conversion-focused campaigns and campaign scaling. Preferred Qualifications Previous success in women's fashion, shapewear, lingerie, beauty, wellness, or related industries. Shopify experience. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge. Experience creating or managing UGC content, emotional storytelling, and direct-response advertising. Strong understanding of AI tools applied to marketing, content creation, and creative production.
