Meta Ads Specialist for Lead Gen / E-Commerce

We’re looking for a Meta Ads specialist who can run both lead-gen campaigns AND e-commerce style conversion campaigns. This is a 3-month project with potential for long-term work. Responsibilities Lead Generation - Audit our current Meta setup (Pixel, Conversions API, events, audiences) - Build & optimize lead-gen campaigns targeting property owners - Create hooks/messages that resonate with landlords, apartments, mobile home parks - Optimize for cost-per-lead and cost-per-demo - Develop multiple ad creatives (static, carousel, short video) Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience - Experience with lead-gen AND e-commerce / conversion campaigns - Experience running $5k–$30k/month ad budgets - Strong creative skills (copywriting, ad angles, static/video ads) - Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and event optimization To apply, please submit: - Examples of Meta ads you’ve created - Your monthly rate or hourly rate and expected hours per week to deliver on the above
