Meta Ads Specialist for Ongoing Account Setup and Management (US-Market Experience Required)

We're a creative team looking for a Meta ads specialist to set up and run our ad accounts on an ongoing basis. You would build the campaigns, monitor performance, run tests, and make adjustments over time to keep results improving. We handle all of the visuals and messaging in-house, so you would focus purely on the ads side: setup, targeting, testing, optimization, and reporting. This is an ongoing, per-account relationship rather than a one-off project. We run several accounts and add more over time, so there is steady, recurring work for the right person. What you'd do: Set up campaigns, audiences, and tracking for each account Monitor performance regularly and make adjustments Test and optimize to improve results over time Share simple performance updates so we know how things are going Must-haves: Proven experience running Meta ads for the US market (you do not need to be based in the US) Real examples of past work with actual results, not just claims Comfortable with an ongoing, per-account arrangement Nice to have: Willingness to share insights on what messaging and creative tend to work and what doesn't, so we can factor that into what we produce What we provide: All visuals, videos, and on-image messaging
