Meta Ads Specialist for Paris-Based Wardrobe Service

I’m looking for a Meta Ads / lead generation specialist to help me set up a small first test for a Paris-based private wardrobe service. The campaign will target mainly French-speaking women in Paris. I need help with: - reviewing the current Instagram / Facebook Page / Meta setup - advising whether the first destination should be a simple landing page, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger or lead form - recommending the best Meta Ads objective for a small local test - suggesting a simple audience, budget and campaign structure - helping prepare or set up the first small campaign Experience with French speaking audiences, Paris market, local service marketing, fashion, vintage, styling, beauty or lifestyle projects is strongly preferred. The goal is to test local demand and find the first few potential leads. I would like to start with a small consultation / setup review first. If the collaboration is a good fit, I may continue with a second milestone for landing page and campaign setup.
