Meta/Facebook/Google Ads Strategist Needed for Recruiting Lead Funnel + Webinar Funnel Strategy

I am looking for an experienced Meta/Facebook/Instagram/Google ads strategist for a paid strategy consultation. I own a financial services agency and am building a recruiting lead generation system. I am not looking for someone to build the funnel yet. First, I want to hire an expert to help me map out the right strategy before I hire a funnel builder and ads manager. The goal is to create a clear paid ads strategy for recruiting people who are interested in building a financial services business/agency. I want help planning two lead generation strategies: 1. Direct Recruiting Lead Funnel This strategy would be modeled after recruiting lead companies. The idea is to run ads that attract people interested in a flexible, commission-based financial services sales/business opportunity. The ads would send people to a landing page/application form where they can request more information, submit their contact information, and then be followed up with through phone, text, email, and a booking link. I need help deciding: * Best ad angles to test * Whether to use “remote sales opportunity,” “build a business,” “financial services career,” or “agency builder” messaging * Best campaign objective * Best form structure * Best landing page structure * How to pre-qualify people without killing conversions * How to track lead quality * What compliance issues to consider for recruiting/employment/financial services ads * What the thank-you page should say * What information should be passed into GoHighLevel 2. Webinar Registration Funnel The second strategy is to run ads that invite people to register for a webinar called: “The Agency Builder Briefing: How to Build a Financial Services Agency Inside GFI” This webinar is for entrepreneurial, coachable people who are interested in building a financial services agency, not just looking for a basic sales job. The positioning is around ownership, mentorship, leadership development, team-building, and building inside the GFI ecosystem. I need help deciding: * Best ad angles for webinar registrations * Best webinar funnel structure * Best landing page headline and offer positioning * Whether to send people directly to the webinar registration page or use an application-style page first * How to follow up with registrants before and after the webinar * How to retarget people who click but do not register * How to measure cost per registrant, show-up rate, booked call rate, and recruit quality * How to connect the webinar funnel to GoHighLevel What I need from you: I would like a paid strategy call, ideally 60–90 minutes, where you help me create a clear game plan. After the call, I would like a simple written strategy summary that I can hand to a GoHighLevel funnel builder and/or ads manager. The strategy should include: * Recommended campaign structure * Recommended ad angles * Recommended funnel flow * Recommended landing page/form approach * Suggested lead qualification questions * Tracking and reporting recommendations * Recommended starting ad budget * What to test first * What to avoid * What the GoHighLevel builder needs to create * What the future ads manager needs to manage Ideal candidate: * Strong experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram/Google lead generation * Experience with recruiting, appointment setting, webinar funnels, business opportunity funnels, or financial services lead generation * Understands employment/recruiting ad restrictions and compliance-sensitive advertising * Can explain strategy clearly to a non-technical business owner * Experience working with GoHighLevel funnels is a plus * Experience with webinar registration campaigns is a plus * Experience with commission-based sales/recruiting offers is a plus Please include in your proposal: 1. I am looking for a paid ads strategist who understands lead generation, funnels, tracking, and quality of leads. I want to own my ad account, funnel, CRM, landing pages, tracking, and lead data.
