Summary About AdGuardians AdGuardians is an ad infrastructure company. We provide advertising accounts, business managers, pages, and profiles across Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Our clients (e-commerce brands, dropshippers, agencies, and media buyers) use our infrastructure to run and scale their advertising. We serve 300-400+ active clients on monthly plans and we're growing fast. The Role You are the trusted point of contact for our clients. When support hasn't resolved an issue, you step in. When a client wants to scale, you guide them. When a client is at risk of leaving, you catch it early and fix it. You'll be on calls, solving real problems and building real relationships. You don't need to be the world's best media buyer. Our platform and policy expertise lives in-house and you'll be backed by our team and playbooks. What we need is someone clients trust, who communicates clearly, understands the e-commerce/dropshipping world, and knows when and how to escalate. What You'll Do - Be the senior point of contact when standard support hasn't resolved a client's issue - Jump on video/voice calls to troubleshoot, advise, and build the relationship - Guide e-commerce and dropshipping clients on running and scaling Meta and Google Ads - Help clients understand platform policies, account structures, and best practices - Proactively monitor accounts and reach out when you spot risk or opportunity - Spot upsell opportunities (more accounts, higher plans, new platforms) - Work with the CS team and escalate to management when needed - Make sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident in AdGuardians What You Need - Professional, fluent English, written and spoken (non-negotiable, you'll be on client calls) - Comfortable jumping on a video call with a client without an hour of prep - A genuine understanding of how online ads work, Meta and/or Google (how campaigns are structured, what scaling means, why accounts get flagged or restricted) - Real understanding of e-commerce and dropshipping: the model, the margins, what these clients care about - Calm under pressure, clear, builds trust fast, takes ownership Strong Plus - Hands-on media buying experience (you've actually run Meta or Google campaigns) - You've run your own dropshipping or e-commerce store - TikTok Ads experience, or experience at/with a Meta/Google ads agency - Experience with ad account issues: bans, restrictions, policy flags, funding problems Who You Are You don't wait to be told what to do. When a client has a problem, you own it until it's solved. You read a situation fast, know what the client actually needs, and deliver it, whether that's a fix, a strategy, or just clear communication. You understand that in this business, a happy client who's growing is a client who stays. And a client who stays is how you earn more. Compensation $15–25/hr depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to client retention and growth. The better your clients do, the more you earn. Strong performers realistically earn well above base through the bonus. This is a contract-to-hire role for the right person, 30+ hrs/week, long-term.
