About Us Webtree is a Swiss web agency based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. We build high-converting websites and generate leads for Swiss SMEs. We operate on a retainer model and are scaling fast. We're looking for a dedicated Meta & Google Ads specialist to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels — not a generalist, someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. What You'll Do - Manage and optimize our Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns - Focus: B2B lead generation for web design and SEO services targeting Swiss SMEs - Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, test creatives and audiences - Deliver a short weekly report: what's running, what's being tested, key numbers - Communicate via ClickUp and weekly video call (CET timezone) Current Setup - Meta Ads lead gen campaigns - Google Ads: local Swiss market - Tools: ClickUp, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics What We're Looking For - Proven experience running both Meta Ads AND Google Ads (portfolio or case study required) - B2B lead generation experience — not just e-commerce - Data-driven: you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel - Clear communicator who can explain what's working and why - DACH market knowledge is a strong plus - Fluent English required, German is a bonus Hours & Engagement Starting at 10–15 hours/week.
