Meta Media Buyer for Lead Generation

We're Build Up Flow, an Australian growth agency working with trades, construction, and design businesses. We run paid ads, recruitment, and systems for clients who want real leads, not vanity metrics. We move fast and we're direct. You'll own Meta ads across a portfolio of our clients. Your job is to generate qualified leads at a cost-per-lead clients are happy to pay, then keep driving it down. You'll work inside our AI and systems stack: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, n8n, GoHighLevel, and Notion. We expect you to use AI hard for creative briefs, audience research, copy iteration, and reporting. Starts at around 10 hours a week across our current client load, we're growing fast so you can grow with us. What you'll do: Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns end to end (CBO, ABO, Advantage+) Run structured testing across creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers Direct the creative brief Set up and run campaigns through GoHighLevel: pipelines, automations, reporting Document in Notion, track lead quality not just CPL Weekly reporting with a clear point of view Must-haves: 3+ years actively managing Meta ad spend (don't apply if you've only assisted) Proven track record on AU, US, or UK accounts Lead-gen results, not e-commerce only GoHighLevel: you can build it, not just use it Daily AI use: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT Strong written English, some overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) To apply, start with the word "FLOW" so we know you read this.
