Meta Media Buyer for Scaling DTC Brand ($2M+) Must Drive Profitable ROAS at Scale

Summary

We're TopFoxx, a small ecommerce brand doing $2.5M in annual revenue, and we're still building. We spend roughly $50,000 a month on Meta and we're looking for a media buyer who can turn our performance around and scale it, not someone who just keeps the lights on. Where we are at: over the last 30 days we've been running around a 1.9 ROAS on that spend. Our break-even is 2.2, so that's the floor, we need to be above it consistently before anything else. The real goal is a steady 2.5 and above, and then scaling from there. If a turnaround excites you, keep reading. What you'll do - Own our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account day to day: structure, budgets, bid strategy, audiences - Get us consistently above our 2.2 break-even, then to a steady 2.5 and above, and scale winning campaigns without tanking ROAS - Cut or fix losers fast. We don't let money-losing campaigns sit - Build clean campaign structures (Advantage+, CBO, broad targeting) and test methodically - Direct our creative. We produce our own video ads in-house with a dedicated editing team, so creative is mostly handled, and your main job is to guide it: spotting fatigue early, briefing the team on the next angle, and telling us what to test based on the data. That said, if you've also got a strong creative eye or ideas to contribute, we're open to it - Manage tracking properly (Pixel + Conversions API, dedup, clean attribution) - Report weekly on what's working, what's burning money, and what you're doing about it. With numbers and data to back it up. -Keep us current. Meta changes constantly, so we expect you to stay on top of the latest best practices and proactively tell us what's new, what you're testing or doing differently because of it, and why. You're a fit if you - Have a real track record scaling DTC/ecommerce brands on Meta (show specifics: spend levels, ROAS, time period) - Understand the difference between trimming a winner and pausing a loser - Know how to scale a campaign in controlled steps without resetting the learning phase - Can give sharp creative direction to a video team based on performance data - Are proactive. You flag problems before we ask - Communicate clearly and don't hide behind jargon Bonus Experience in fashion, eyewear, or accessories Comfortable with Shopify, Klaviyo, and catalog/DPA setups Strong eye for what makes UGC and creator-led video convert
