Summary

attnCapital is hiring a full-time, remote Ad Operations Coordinator to own comment moderation and compliance reviews across our live ad campaigns. In this role, you will monitor and moderate comments daily, spot-check ad creatives for compliance before they go live, keep our AdOps trackers and onboarding records accurate, and report on your work weekly. In under two years, attnCapital has built a social whitelisting network with hundreds of advertisers and publishers. To support this rapid growth, we are looking for a fast, meticulous, and dependable Ad Operations Coordinator to serve as our first line of defense on compliance and unmoderated comments. You will be ultimately responsible for catching issues before they become compliance or brand problems — an unmoderated comment, a non-compliant creative, or a missed onboarding detail can put our campaigns at risk. To succeed, you'll need to be meticulous enough to catch the easy-to-miss risks like a neutral comment or a small compliance gap, dependable enough to hit the same review cadence every day without reminders, and fast enough to escalate and solve issues before they spiral. This role has direct visibility into our AdOps department, the heart of our company's service delivery. You'll work closely with our AdOps Managers and have direct interactions with our VP of Operations. It's a chance to join a small but fast-growing team where good work gets noticed and rewarded. Responsibilities Comment Moderation. Monitor and moderate comments on active ads daily, hiding or actioning any content that violates brand or platform guidelines. Platform & Account Management. Connect and manage ad accounts within the moderation platform (e.g., Statusbrew), using campaign and ad-set name filters to accurately isolate our ads. Daily Spot-Checks. Perform daily spot-checks on a representative sample of neutral and negative comments, with particular attention to neutral comments, which are easily overlooked yet can carry meaningful risk. Creative Compliance. Spot-check ad creatives for compliance with brand and platform rules ahead of publisher review, flagging any non-compliant material to the AdOps Manager. Moderation Reporting. Review moderation platform comment reports and surface trends or recurring issues to the internal team. Publisher Reconnections. Proactively coordinate with publishers to restore any dropped page connection. Escalation. Escalate uncertain or high-risk cases promptly rather than acting on assumption. Onboarding Data Entry. Gather advertiser information during onboarding and enter it accurately into the appropriate trackers and internal tools. Tracker & Catalog Maintenance. Keep AdOps trackers, catalogs, and account records up to date as campaign and advertiser details change. Reporting. Maintain clear records and summaries of moderation and admin activity, and report to the AdOps Manager on a weekly cadence. Results Moderation Cadence. Comments are reviewed 3–4 times daily during working hours, with no high-risk comment left unaddressed past the same business day. Compliance Catch Rate. 100% of ad creatives are spot-checked for compliance before being sent to publishers for approval. Data Accuracy. Onboarding information and tracker updates are entered accurately within 24 hours of receipt. Publisher Reconnections. Dropped page connections are flagged and resolution coordinated with the publisher the same business day. Reporting. A weekly summary of moderation and admin activity is submitted to the AdOps Manager on time, every week. Requirements Can work 900-500 ET. Digital Marketing Experience. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Meta Business Suite. Working understanding of campaigns, ad sets, and ad structure; comfortable connecting accounts to third-party platforms. Comment-Moderation Tools. Working knowledge of comment-moderation platform workflows (e.g., Statusbrew), with adaptability to new tools and evolving processes. Tech Tools. Comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel and tracker or project-management tools like Asana. Meticulous. Doesn't let details slip — especially the easy-to-miss ones. Dependable. Keeps a predictable cadence on daily reviews and admin work without needing reminders. Good Judgment. Knows when to hide versus escalate, with clear awareness of brand and compliance red lines (e.g., regulated products that are not gambling or sportsbooks). Preferences Spanish-language proficiency, preferred (we run Spanish-language ad campaigns). Prior experience in comment moderation and/or community management using dedicated tooling. Experience in regulated advertising verticals such as finance or prediction markets, preferred. Communication Expectations Timely Comms. Do not allow any emails or slack messages to go unanswered for more than 1 business day. Call Comms. Speaks clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Comes prepared to calls with questions and ideas written out beforehand to reduce back and forth on meetings. Written Comms. Deep respect for grammar and syntax. All written comms directed at external stakeholders, including slacks, use proper spelling, grammar, and syntax. No exceptions. Salary & Benefits $750 to $1,000 USD per month.
