We are seeking an experienced Meta Business and WhatsApp Business Platform specialist to assess and resolve restrictions affecting our Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account. Background - Company: Anabta FZE - Jurisdiction: UAE - Licensing authority: Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone - Product: CartSafe, a SaaS platform using WhatsApp for transactional messaging - Issue: Business verification failed, the WABA became restricted or inaccessible, and a previous review was denied - Activity: Our records indicate no production messages were sent before the restriction - Templates: Multiple templates were rejected around the time of enforcement - Phone: Jordanian `+962` number associated with the UAE business A complete audit package with screenshots, timelines, asset IDs, technical evidence, and previous escalation drafts will be provided. Required Tasks - Review the existing audit package and Meta account status. - Identify the exact restricted assets and enforcement reasons. - Verify the timeline and likely root cause. - Check the consistency of our legal entity, address, domain, phone number, and business-verification information. - Determine whether another official review or escalation is available. - Prepare and assist with submitting a factual appeal or complaint through the correct official channel. - Recommend the required supporting documents and respond to Meta follow-ups. - Evaluate whether a Meta Partner, Solution Partner, or BSP escalation is appropriate. - Review rejected WhatsApp templates and correct them where necessary. - Review the proposed WABA ownership structure for our SaaS platform. - If Meta authorizes remediation or rebuilding, assist with business verification, WABA onboarding, phone registration, templates, and final configuration. - Provide a final recovery and compliance checklist. Required Experience - Proven experience resolving restricted or disabled WABAs. - Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business Platform. - Experience with Meta business verification and Account Integrity restrictions. - Experience preparing Meta support escalations. - Strong written English. Experience with UAE entities, Meta Partners, Solution Partners, BSPs, or SaaS WhatsApp integrations is preferred. Proposal Requirements Please include: 1.
