Summary

We are looking for a skilled Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Meta and Google Ads to create, manage, and optimize video ad campaigns promoting our paid offers. Your goal will be to drive high-quality traffic into our sales funnels, monitor and improve cost per view (CPV), cost per click (CPC), cost per conversion (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). DETAILS: We are launching Meta and YouTube ads optimized for conversions. We need Meta and Google Analytics tracking to work correctly, for conversion/opt-in data to measure ROAS and campaign effectiveness. We need an experienced Meta tracking and Google Analytics + Google ads setup and tracked well, and then work with us long-term to optimize campaigns on Meta and Google. IMMEDIATE TASKS: 1. New Google Analytics Setup for new venture 2. Create a fresh Google Analytics account for my new campaign (different brand/website than old account). 3. Install the correct tracking codes across our funnels (all pages). 4. Set up events and conversions so Meta and Google Ads can optimize for opt-ins. 5. Meta and Google Ads Audit 6. Troubleshoot current ads accounts and all running ads. Ensure all ads (FB and YouTube video ads) are set up correctly with the right goals and tracking. 7. Advise if I may need a second account for the new brand/website (or can use same one) ONGOING CAMPAIGN WORK WEEKLY: 1. Create and manage Meta and Google YouTube ad campaigns. 2. Create additional split tests (new headlines, descriptions, variations) while using the same videos. 3. Optimize for better cost per conversion and improved ROAS. 4. Create and manage Meta and Google YouTube ad campaigns. 5. We provide basic copy and video creative, you set up split testing of headlines, body and videos 6. Optimize campaigns for lower CPV, CPC, CPA, and higher ROAS. 7. Track and report (weekly) key metrics weekly: impressions, views, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS. 8. A/B test targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives. 9. Maintain a well-organized Meta and Google Ads account with clear naming conventions and campaign structures. 10. Provide strategic suggestions to improve ad performance and funnel results. ROLE / HOURS / PAY: 5–10 hours/week to start, with potential for increased hours and higher pay as results improve. Regular campaign monitoring, split testing, and conversion optimization. Long-term partnership focus (fair pay for fair work). Hourly only (no project fees). Starting rate: $7/hour, with regular raises as we succeed together. We value long-term, fair, and mutually beneficial relationships—never underpaying or overpaying. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience running Meta and YouTube ad campaigns - Knowledge of various kinds of Google ads for YouTube - Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation. - Ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaigns for performance. - Familiarity with tracking conversions from ads into sales funnels (Meta tracking, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTMs). - Attention to detail with good reporting skills - Excellent communication, positive attitude and good team player - Availability for 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential to expand hours based on performance. GOOD FIT IF: 1. Proven experience with Meta and Google Analytics 4 2. Strong technical knowledge of tracking codes, events, and conversion setups. 3. Ability to troubleshoot and explain issues clearly. 4. Someone who can start immediately. 5. Available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours to meet with us OPTIONAL BUT NICE TO HAVE: - We use GoHighLevel, Lovable and Manus AI for our funnels if you have experience with these that is a big help - We run high ticket appointment funnels and "low ticket" SLO (self-liquidating offer) funnels and book funnels, if you have relevant experience thats helpful ADDITIONAL DETAILS For the right person, this is a great opportunity to gain additional experience and the possibility of a long-term engagement with a very reputable employer here on Upwork, with a friendly, highly-professional remote team doing meaningful work.
