Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator (Security, VPN, MFA, Access Control)

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Technology Expert with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, migrations, and support across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD). This is a part-time role starting at 20–30 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up a secure Microsoft 365 environment from scratch, including VPN configuration, two-factor authentication (2FA), and access controls to ensure company data is only accessible through authorized and secure connections. You should also be comfortable training and supporting non-technical users, explaining Microsoft 365 tools and best practices in a clear, patient, and easy-to-understand manner. The client is based in Boracay, Philippines. Candidates should be available to work between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM PHT to support collaboration during business hours.
