We are conducting user research on a new Microsoft 365 Copilot agent and are looking for business professionals, consultants, analysts, technical users, and Microsoft 365 users to provide feedback on the discovery, installation, and onboarding experience. This is not a software development project. We are interested in understanding how first-time users interact with a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent and where they encounter confusion, friction, or roadblocks.
