Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Architecture, Migration & Governance Project

Microsoft 365 Expert Needed - Small Business Consolidation (15 Users) We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator (not a large consultancy) to help implement an already-defined Microsoft 365 setup for a small business group. The project consists of approximately: • 15 users • 2 email domains • Existing Microsoft 365 tenant • Some remaining GoDaddy-managed email • No on-premise Active Directory • No Windows Servers • No Azure infrastructure We have already designed the target architecture and simply require an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to validate our approach and implement the changes. The work is expected to include: • Review existing Microsoft 365 tenant • Migrate any remaining GoDaddy email • Configure multiple domains • Create shared mailboxes • Configure Entra ID users and permissions • Configure MFA • Configure a basic SharePoint document structure • Provide handover documentation This is a fixed-price implementation project. Please note this is a small business environment and we would expect an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to complete this work within approximately 3-5 working days. If your proposal assumes several weeks of consultancy, architecture workshops or discovery phases then this project is probably not the right fit. Please provide: • Fixed project cost • Estimated number of days • Similar Microsoft 365 implementations completed There is potential for an ongoing monthly support agreement after the implementation is complete. Please include an optional monthly retainer if this is something you offer.
