# Microsoft 365 / Outlook Expert Needed (Shared Mailboxes, Exchange Online & Ongoing Support) I'm looking for someone who is genuinely experienced with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange Online and shared mailbox administration. I've recently moved my business onto Microsoft 365, and while it's technically set up, I'm finding the whole Microsoft ecosystem incredibly confusing. I need someone who can not only fix issues but also explain how everything works in plain English. ## What I need help with * Shared mailbox setup and permissions. * User accounts and licensing. * Exchange Online administration. * Outlook on the web and desktop. * Understanding how users should log in. * Troubleshooting mailbox access and permission errors. * Ensuring staff can only access the mailboxes they're supposed to access. * Confirming that I, as the administrator, have access to all required mailboxes. * General Microsoft 365 administration and best practices. * Ongoing support as questions arise. ## Current issue One of my staff members is receiving the error: **OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException** I need someone who understands exactly why this is happening and can resolve it properly rather than guessing. ## Looking for * Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration. * Strong knowledge of Exchange Online. * Experience with shared mailboxes, permissions and licensing. * Excellent English. * Able to work via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with screen sharing. * Patient enough to teach me how everything works while fixing the issues.
