Microsoft 365 Recovery & Google Workspace Migration

Looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administrator to help recover access to a small business tenant and, if necessary, migrate email services to Google Workspace. Current Situation: * Sole business owner and administrator of a Microsoft 365 tenant. * Replaced mobile phone and lost access to Microsoft Authenticator. * Username and password are known and working, but sign-in is blocked by MFA tied to the old device. * Previously had access to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center but lost access after signing out. * Domain is managed through GoDaddy. * Need to determine whether tenant access can be recovered before pursuing migration. Scope of Work: 1. Assess and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administrator lockout. 2. Review available recovery options and MFA reset approaches. 3. Identify any existing administrator, recovery, or authentication methods. 4. If recovery is possible, restore administrator access and reconfigure MFA. 5. If recovery is not practical, migrate email services to Google Workspace. 6. Update DNS records including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. 7. Validate mail flow and ensure minimal downtime. Requirements: * Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience. * Experience recovering administrator access after MFA / Authenticator issues. * Experience with GoDaddy DNS management. * Experience migrating email from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. * Ability to work via screen share and explain recommended actions.
