Microsoft 365 Security Engineer – Secure Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Email & DNS

Hello, I am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Engineer to secure my company’s Microsoft 365 environment. Company: * Small business (2 users) * Microsoft 365 Business * Custom domain * Company website hosted separately * SharePoint Online in use I need a complete security assessment and implementation, including: 1. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) security review. 2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation. 3. Conditional Access policies. 4. Microsoft Defender for Office 365 configuration. 5. Anti-Phishing, Anti-Spam and Safe Links policies. 6. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration and validation. 7. SharePoint Online security review. 8. SharePoint permissions redesign using least-privilege principles. 9. OneDrive security configuration. 10. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. 11. Microsoft Purview basic compliance configuration. 12. Secure external sharing configuration. 13. Audit Logs review and recommendations. 14. Security Score improvement. 15. Secure Microsoft 365 tenant configuration according to Microsoft best practices. 16. DNS security review. 17. Documentation of all implemented changes. 18. Knowledge transfer session after project completion. Requirements: * Microsoft Certified Security Engineer. * Experience with Microsoft 365 Business environments. * Ability to sign an NDA. * No unnecessary Global Admin permissions after project completion. * All work must be documented. * Final security report with recommendations.
