Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics Setup

Title: Set Up Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics in Power BI with AI Insights for Email and Teams Activity Job Description: We require an experienced Microsoft 365 and Power BI specialist to enable and configure the built-in Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics template app, including integration of AI features for enhanced reporting. Scope of Work: Enable Microsoft 365 usage analytics in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Install and configure the Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics template app in Power BI. Connect the app to our tenant using the Tenant ID. Customize the dashboards to prominently display email activity (emails sent per user) and Microsoft Teams activity (messages, meetings, calls). Enable and configure Microsoft Copilot in Power BI (or AI visuals) to provide intelligent summaries, trend analysis, and natural language querying of productivity metrics. Provide a short handover document or video walkthrough covering dashboard access, data refresh, report interpretation, and use of AI features. Ensure proper permissions and sharing settings for our admin team. Requirements: Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power BI template apps, and Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities in Power BI. Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph data and M365 usage reporting. Ability to complete the setup quickly and accurately. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
