Job Title: AI Automation Expert: Build Custom HR Copilot Agents (Power Automate & Microsoft Copilot Studio) Our mission is simple but vital: helping healthcare providers care better. We currently serve over 175 clients and are a fast-growing company. We are launching an exciting new project focused on revolutionizing our internal and client-facing Human Resources & Labor Relations processes through cutting-edge AI. The Project: We are building a custom, intelligent HR Copilot ecosystem. This system will handle complex workflows, including automated document parsing (intake of grievance forms, PDFs, and scanned forms), intelligent calendar-based deadline tracking mapped to specific collective bargaining agreements, and agentic reporting. We need an expert Microsoft Cloud and AI developer to help design, build, and deploy the orchestration layer and automated agents behind this software. Key Responsibilities: • Develop Autonomous Agents: Design and configure AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio to act as intelligent co-pilots for HR and case management. • Build Advanced Workflows: Create robust, error-handled cloud flows using Power Automate to move data seamlessly between SharePoint, relational data tables, and notification layers. • Document Processing: Implement document intelligence pipelines (such as Azure Document Intelligence or AI Builder) to extract structured text from irregular, scanned PDF templates. • Integration & Security: Connect data sources cleanly while maintaining strict compliance, multi-site tenant parameters, and security protocols.
