Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to help implement, configure, optimize, and support our Dynamics 365 Field Service solution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in field service management, work order automation, scheduling, resource management, mobile applications, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to streamline field operations, improve technician productivity, enhance customer experiences, and leverage Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. Configure and customize Work Orders, Assets, Agreements, Incident Types, Service Tasks, and Customer Service processes. Implement and optimize scheduling, dispatching, and resource management. Configure Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) and schedule boards. Support Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App deployment and customization. Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and third-party applications. Create workflows, automations, and business processes using Power Automate. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and Dynamics reporting tools. Provide user training, documentation, testing, and post-deployment support. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements. Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Strong understanding of field service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and work order management. Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Field Service modules and mobile applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 customization, and security roles. Strong understanding of integrations using APIs, Azure services, or middleware solutions. Experience with data migration, system configuration, and solution deployments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
