We run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as our core ERP and are looking for a reliable, experienced functional consultant to support our team on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term engagement — we are not looking for a one-off project. The right person will grow to understand our system, our team, and our business over time. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will work directly with our IT & Business Systems Manager to handle functional D365 tasks and small projects that come in on an ongoing basis. Most work will be task-based — answering questions, making configuration changes, troubleshooting issues, and guiding end users. Answer functional questions from our team across modules (what to click, how something works, how to configure) Troubleshoot and resolve issues in D365 as they are reported Assist with configuration, setup, and workflow changes Support projects as assigned — access management, workflow improvements, and more Document changes and solutions as you go MODULES YOU SHOULD KNOW Finance is handled separately by our ERP consulting partner. We are primarily looking for coverage across: Warehouse management / inventory / shipping Production and manufacturing Planning / MRP Customer service and sales order management General navigation, security, and configuration You don't need to be an expert in all of these, but you should be comfortable navigating the system and knowing where to look. Experience with supply chain and operations modules is more important than finance depth. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of hands-on D365 F&O experience in a functional or admin capacity Comfortable working independently — we will give you context, you will figure out the path Reliable and communicative — we understand this may be a side engagement, but we need someone who responds within the same business day (we are US-based and work with teams in Mexico and Europe) MB-330 or similar certification is a plus, not required Experience with mid-size manufacturing or distribution companies preferred HOW WE WORK You will be set up with a user account and we will communicate via Microsoft Teams or email — whichever you prefer. Tasks will come in through those channels. We will start you in our TEST environment and move to PROD as we build the relationship. We work with other international vendors and are experienced collaborating across time zones. We just ask that messages sent during our business hours receive a response no later than the following morning.
