Microsoft Dynamics 365 Teams Phone Setup and Integration Expert We set up Microsoft phones for our organization in 2020. Microsoft has changed a lot since then... We need an expert to help with a few different challenges and goals we have. 1- A current problem we are experiencing is our company caller Id stopped working as desired, and needs to be diagnosed and fixed. 2- We want our related Dynamics record to surface when a call comes in, or if there is not a pre-existent related record, we want a blank lead form to surface. 3- We need to review our entire current system configuration to ensure we are keeping up with Microsoft changes and mitigate unwanted surprises. 4- Configuring notifications for incoming calls so they are thorough but not obtrusive. We are seeking someone with proven expertise in all of the above areas, who is patient and willing to hold our hand on a screenshare as we walk through the above concerns together.
