Microsoft Office Template & Brand Implementation Specialist

We are a structural engineering firm in the process of implementing a new corporate brand identity, including an updated logo, color palette, typography, and visual standards. Rather than creating new branding, this project focuses on applying our established brand consistently across a large library of Microsoft Office documents. We have approximately 75 existing documents that vary in complexity, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. These range from simple forms and letterhead to technical reports, proposal templates, spreadsheets, and internal business documents. Our primary goal is to create polished, professional, and easy-to-maintain templates that can continue to be edited by our staff using Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who understands the capabilities of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint beyond basic formatting and can build documents that are both visually consistent and functional for long-term use. This project is expected to begin with developing a solid document template system and applying the new branding to several representative documents. Once the approach has been established, we anticipate continuing with the remaining document library as a longer-term engagement. Ideal Experience We are looking for someone with experience in: Microsoft Word template development and styles Excel template design and formatting PowerPoint master templates Corporate branding implementation Business document production Professional document layout and typography Experience supporting engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or other professional services firms is a plus.
