Ministry & Field Coordinator (Baringo County, Kenya) Kingdom Builders International Ministries (KBIM) is seeking a mature, dependable, and ministry-minded individual to serve as a Ministry & Field Coordinator in Baringo County, Kenya. KBIM is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization committed to reaching the unreached and uplifting the vulnerable through Gospel outreach, discipleship, education, community development, and humanitarian initiatives. We partner with local churches and communities to bring lasting spiritual and practical transformation. Position Overview: The Ministry & Field Coordinator will serve as KBIM's local representative in the field, helping support ministry activities, monitor projects, conduct site visits, document progress, and provide regular communication and accountability to ministry leadership. This role is ideal for someone who has a heart for ministry, enjoys serving people, is highly organized, and is passionate about seeing communities transformed through the Gospel. Qualifications Committed Christian with strong character and integrity. Active involvement in a local church. Fluent in Pokot, Swahili, and English (required). Ability to translate and communicate effectively between Pokot, Swahili, and English. Strong written English skills for reports, documentation, and communication with international ministry leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities. Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, smartphones, and basic reporting tools. Familiarity with Baringo County and surrounding communities preferred. Experience in ministry, community development, nonprofit work, education, agriculture, or project coordination is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to ministry sites, schools, and community projects. Support local missionaries, volunteers, and ministry partners. Monitor ministry and community development activities. Document progress through reports, photos, and videos. Communicate regularly with KBIM leadership regarding project updates, needs, and challenges. Help coordinate ministry events, outreach activities, and visiting teams. Build relationships with local churches, schools, and community leaders. Assist with monitoring farming, sustainability, and development initiatives. Help ensure ministry resources are used responsibly and according to approved plans. Introductory Ministry Service Period: This position begins with a 90-day Introductory Ministry Service Period. Upon successful completion of the introductory period, compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed based on performance, ministry needs, available funding, and mutual agreement. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and alignment with KBIM's mission may be considered for future increases as the ministry grows.
