Flick Property Group is a U.S. real estate investment company that acquires, renovates, and sells residential properties. We're looking for a long-term Project Manager to oversee rehab projects from purchase through listing readiness. Responsibilities Manage multiple rehab projects Coordinate contractors and schedules Track budgets and change orders Order and track materials Coordinate inspections and draw requests Maintain project dashboards Identify and resolve issues early Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Requirements 3+ years managing construction projects Experience with budgets, scheduling, and contractor management Strong English communication Highly organized and proactive Comfortable learning new software Preferred: Residential rehab, estimating, quantity surveying, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Monday.com, ChatGPT.
