Video Inspector → Growth Coordinator (Construction Lending / PropTech) We're Project Centerline, an AI-powered platform connecting lenders, developers, contractors, and inspectors in real estate. We're hiring a Video Inspector who can grow into a Growth Coordinator role as you prove yourself. Required background (please read before applying) This role requires a degree and hands-on experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate. We need someone who already understands how projects are built and budgeted — not someone learning it on the job. If you don't have both the education and the field experience, this isn't the right fit, and we'll only consider applicants who do. What you'll do: Your main job is conducting video inspections of construction and renovation projects for our lender clients. You'll follow a clear, repeatable process: review the project scope, capture or review video walkthroughs and document progress against the budget using our software. As you get comfortable, the role grows into coordinating our inspector network and supporting growth: recruiting and scheduling inspectors, keeping quality consistent, and helping us expand. The better you are, the more ownership you get.
