Mobile App User Acquisition Specialist — audit & build paid media foundations (Google / Meta / TikTok). Pilot: Spanish (Spain + LATAM) + English. ABOUT THE PROJECT PrimeFlow Core is a subscription mobile app (iOS + Android) — a men's pelvic-floor training app, positioned and classified in the App Store and Google Play as Health & Fitness, NEVER medical (no medical claims). It is run by a solo founder. We advertise on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. Apple Search Ads is restricted for our category, so iOS acquisition relies on alternative channels (ASO, web-to-app, iOS-optimized social). THE PROBLEM Our ad accounts were set up manually by a non-expert and results are inconsistent and poorly understood. One market (Spanish/LATAM) delivers impressions and downloads; other markets, with essentially the same configuration, barely deliver. We are also not confident that our quality installs / subscriber conversions are being measured correctly. WHAT WE NEED An expert to establish an excellent, correctly measured paid-media foundation on each platform. You may audit and fix the existing accounts or rebuild from scratch — whatever gives the cleanest, most scalable base. This is Phase 1: a pilot on two markets — Spanish (Spain + selected LATAM) and English (USA, UK, Australia) — run as SEPARATE structures, each with its own budget. If it works, Phase 2 replicates the model to Italian, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese (separate engagement), followed by an ongoing optimization retainer and, later, a second app. SCOPE (PHASE 1) 1. Audit / measurement verification first — app AND web. Firebase is set up and sending data, but the GA4 integration needs auditing (event/page flows, KPIs, conversion funnels). Consent Mode is implemented on the web and needs review. SKAdNetwork status for iOS is unknown and must be verified/implemented. Also review GTM, platform pixels and Conversions API. Our objective is app installs — specifically QUALITY installs that drive retention and subscription. 2. Account structure & strategy — clean, scalable, with a consistent naming convention and UTM taxonomy. Each market managed on its own budget, bids and expectations (CPM/competition differ greatly by country). 3. Build / configure the pilot campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok for ES (+LAT) and EN: audiences, objectives, keywords + negative keywords, and integration of our creative. 4. iOS plan without Apple Search Ads (ASO / web-to-app / iOS-optimized social). 5. Short written diagnosis: why the accounts behaved as they did and what you changed. WHAT'S ALREADY IN PLACE (this is largely an AUDIT / re-adjust job, not a build-from-scratch) - Active ad accounts with manual campaigns: Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok - GA4 + Firebase configured and sending data (to audit) - Google Tag Manager implemented - Consent Mode implemented on the web (to review) - Audience segmentation already created for ES and EN - Keyword research per language (Ubersuggest) + drafted titles/subtitles - Creative library produced in-house - Exception: SKAdNetwork status for iOS is unknown and may need implementing WHAT WE PROVIDE Keyword research and titles/subtitles per language; creative assets produced in-house (you advise on specs); delegated access to all accounts, GTM, GA4 and app store consoles; a responsive, decision-ready founder. BUDGET & MILESTONES (fixed price, ~$1,200 total) - M1 ($400): Audit & measurement plan — account + tracking audit (app & web), quality-install objective confirmed, structure & UTM plan, written diagnosis. - M2 ($350): Tracking implementation — GTM/GA4/pixels/CAPI verified and fixed; app-side events (Firebase/MMP), SKAdNetwork & Consent Mode; conversions confirmed firing. - M3 ($450): Pilot build & launch — ES (+LAT) and EN live across Google/Meta/TikTok; handover doc. Milestone 1 doubles as a paid trial: if the work is not right, we stop after M1 with minimal risk. CONSTRAINTS Limited budget — respect per-market economics, do not spread thin. Health & Fitness positioning, NEVER medical (no medical claims). You must know how to navigate health/wellness ad-policy approvals.
