CURRENT STATE • Trial-to-paid conversion: 22% • Onboarding completion: 26% • Acquisition channel: Meta Ads, attributed via AppsFlyer • Subscription stack: RevenueCat + Superwall • Analytics: Mixpanel, ~100 events spanning iOS, web, and RevenueCat server-side SCOPE Analyze our app usage and subscription data to identify product changes that would increase purchase conversion and in-app engagement. DATA AND TOOLS YOU'LL ACCESS • Mixpanel (full event stream) • RevenueCat subscription data • Superwall paywall analytics • AppsFlyer attribution data • Existing feature-engagement, attribution, and standup dashboards DELIVERABLES IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS • 3-5 prioritized hypotheses for user loss in onboarding and at the paywall, with predicted impact • For each hypothesis: experiment design, success metric, expected lift • Recommendation on changes to the daily check-in flow to affect D4/D7/D30 retention • Assessment of which of the app's features warrant continued investment REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Worked on a consumer mobile subscription app • Proficient in Mixpanel (or Amplitude / PostHog) • Has configured Superwall and RevenueCat funnels directly • Can cite specific past work that produced measurable changes in trial-to-paid conversion, D7 retention, or feature adoption PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Health, wellness, fitness, habit-tracking, or meditation app NOT IN SCOPE • Building or maintaining dashboards • Marketing analytics or ad-spend optimization • Machine learning model development
