The project is located in **Ras Al Khaimah, UAE** and consists of **two connected plots**. * The front plot will be used for the main villa. * The rear plot will initially be developed as a private luxury garden, while preserving the possibility of constructing a second villa in the future. The design must create a strong architectural relationship between both plots while maintaining privacy, functionality, and future flexibility. This job is **ONLY for the Concept Design Phase**.
