GPIN (Group Practice Improvement Network) is a national, member-based healthcare organization that connects executives and physician leaders from leading health systems and medical groups to share best practices, solve operational challenges, and improve performance through peer learning and collaboration. GPIN seeks a modern website and member platform that includes three core components: (1) a public-facing website to attract prospective members through strong design, SEO, and clear value messaging; (2) a secure member portal with a member directory, discussion forum, event calendar, and member-only resources; and (3) a robust knowledge management system. The highest priority is a searchable knowledge hub where members can easily find information across PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, webinar recordings, transcripts, forum discussions, Q&A archives, and event materials from a single search experience. The platform should support tagging, filtering, content organization, permissions, and automated indexing of uploaded files. The solution should be mobile-friendly, easy to maintain, and scalable. Nice-to-have features include CRM functionality, AI-powered search, content recommendations, and automated tagging. The goal is to create a professional, intuitive platform that improves member engagement, knowledge sharing, and membership growth. Experience building association, membership, community, or knowledge-management websites is strongly preferred. Please do not submit proposals focused solely on visual design.
