We are a paid Creator Academy helps content creators make their first dollar online through a structured 90-day coaching program. We have 1:1 coaches running the roadmap calls. What we need is someone to own the space between those calls — making sure students are actually moving, logging what's happening, and catching anyone who's stalling before they go quiet. That's the Momentum Coach. Not the person setting the strategy. The person making sure it gets executed. YOUR KPIs - 90%+ student response rate within 48 hours - 85%+ milestone completion rate across assigned students - Under 10% of students inactive or ghosted at any time - 100% of check-ins and progress logs updated weekly - 100% of EODs and Friday reports submitted on time WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY - Check in with active students due that day — personalised messages, never copy-paste - Log every interaction in Airtable — stage, progress summary, next action - Celebrate student wins inside Skool and flag strong ones for testimonials - Spot stalled or unresponsive students and escalate to the 1:1 Coach before they go quiet - Submit an EOD update every day - Onboard new students joining Skool — confirm they've completed pre-call steps WEEKLY & MONTHLY - Send and chase monthly progress check-in forms based on each student's stage - Review risk levels with the Head of Product — flag anyone trending toward churn - Submit a Friday weekly report covering student progress, wins, and at-risk flags - Monthly: confirm 100% of due forms completed, compile a short progress summary YOU NEED - Experience keeping people accountable to a goal — student support, coaching support, community management, or customer success - Warm and personalised communicator — students feel seen, not managed - Obsessively organised — Airtable logs current, no check-in missed, reports on time - Proactive — spots a student going quiet and steps in before they disappear - Strong written English — every message represents the program - Comfortable with Skool, Airtable, Notion, Slack, or willing to learn fast DON'T APPLY IF - You've never been responsible for keeping people accountable to a goal - You send the same message to every student — genuine personalisation required - You wait for students to reach out before checking in - You're not comfortable logging every interaction in a structured system - You want a coaching role involving strategy or calls — this isn't that TOOLS Skool, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Loom, Google Calendar, Calendly, TLDV GROWTH PATH Senior Momentum Coach overseeing other Momentum Coaches, or transition into a 1:1 Coach role as the program scales. HOW TO APPLY 1. A role or context where you kept people accountable to a goal — what you did, how you tracked progress, what happened when someone fell behind. 2. How you'd approach a student who hasn't responded in 5 days — what you'd say, how you'd say it, what you'd do if they still didn't respond. 3. Loom (2–3 min) — introduce yourself on camera. Energy, English, communication style. Walk through one example of keeping someone accountable and what you did when they stalled. 4. Timezone, availability, and proposed rate. ⚠ No Loom = no interview. Communication-first role — we evaluate how you show up on camera before anything else.
