Monday CRM Specialist

Seeking an experienced Monday CRM specialist to build and optimize a CRM system for an educational services organization. Responsibilities: Configure Monday CRM for lead management and sales tracking Build pipelines, automations, dashboards, and reports Create follow-up workflows and task reminders Set up integrations with forms, email, and other business tools Organize lead stages and sales processes Train staff on CRM usage and best practices Qualifications: Proven experience implementing Monday CRM Strong understanding of CRM workflows and sales pipelines Experience with automations, integrations, and reporting Ability to provide examples of previous Monday CRM projects This is a contract position with the potential for ongoing support and optimization.
