Monthly Bookkeeper for S Corporations

Looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle ongoing monthly books for two California S corporations. This is a steady contractor relationship, not a one-time cleanup. **Scope** * Two S corps, both single-shareholder, QuickBooks Online and/or Zoho Books * Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations * Transaction categorization and chart of accounts maintenance * Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet delivered by the 10th of each month * Tracking owner distributions, contributions, and inter-company items between the two entities * Year-end clean handoff to my CPA **Requirements** * 3+ years bookkeeping experience, ideally with multi-entity small businesses * Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency (ProAdvisor certification a plus) * Working understanding of S corp specifics: distributions vs. payroll, basis, reasonable comp concepts * US-based work only. No offshore subcontracting without written disclosure and my approval * Consistent monthly delivery and responsive communication (within one business day)
