Motion control mechanical engineer

hello sir, My name is Vivek Sharma, and I am writing on behalf of Saveer Biotech Limited, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Our company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of greenhouse structures and stainless-steel (SS) structures across India. We are currently developing an in-house 5–10 ton capacity Pipe Bending Machine for our manufacturing facility. Most of the fabricated metal components and the primary machine structure have already been designed and manufactured by our internal team. The remaining work involves the mechanical motion system and automation integration. We are looking for a part-time Mechanical Design & Motion Control Engineer who can guide us through the completion of this project. Specifically, we require expertise in: Gearbox, gear, shaft, bearing, and power transmission design. Mechanical motion planning and optimization. Machine mechanism validation and improvement. Selection and positioning of sensors, limit switches, encoders, and other automation components. Integration of the mechanical system with electrical automation. Evaluation of whether the machine can be upgraded to a fully automatic system. If technically feasible, we would prefer to develop it as a fully automatic machine. Reviewing our existing design and manufacturing work and suggesting corrections or improvements wherever necessary. Providing technical leadership for the remaining design and commissioning process. We will share all the existing designs, drawings, calculations, videos, photographs, and the manufacturing progress completed so far. We expect you to review everything and guide our team with the best engineering approach. If any part of our current design is incorrect or can be improved, we are open to modifying it based on your recommendations. Our target is to finalize the complete design and engineering within the next two weeks. Please note that we already have: A full-time 3D CAD design team. A full-time Electrical & Automation team.
