A B2E company is building a unified automation system in Zoho CRM that manages the full customer lifecycle - from initial lead generation through multi-year follow-up. The complexity comes from a multi-stakeholder sales cycle: a single opportunity can involve a reseller, that reseller's contacts, an end-user account, and that account's contacts - four distinct record types that must stay synchronized as a lead progresses toward a deal. The system architecture has already been designed. We're hiring an experienced Zoho Deluge developer to implement it. You'll be writing the custom code against a defined blueprint and specification, with direct project-management support and architectural direction throughout — so the design decisions are made; your focus is clean, reliable execution. What you'll build Blueprint workflow. Implement a complex, multi-stage Zoho blueprint that enforces stage progression and triggers the correct automated actions for each of the four record types (resellers, reseller contacts, end-user accounts, end-user contacts). Custom Deluge automations. Write and test Deluge functions that govern the lead-to-deal flow and keep records synchronized as opportunities move between stages. Email integration. Configure an IMAP integration with Google Workspace so email correspondence is automatically attributed to the correct record. Lead capture. Build dedicated form customizations that capture inbound leads directly into the system. Engagement intelligence. Integrate third-party API and AI tooling to analyze record data and surface likely re-engagement opportunities, including for long-tail follow-up years after first contact. Deliverables A working, tested blueprint covering the full lead-to-deal lifecycle across all four record types Documented Deluge functions for each automated stage action A functioning IMAP/Google Workspace email-attribution integration Custom lead-capture forms feeding directly into the CRM Working third-party API + AI integration for engagement analysis Brief technical documentation/handoff notes for each component Required skills & experience Proven, hands-on Zoho CRM development with custom Deluge (not just config) — please bring examples Experience building multi-stage blueprints with conditional logic across multiple modules Cross-module data synchronization (e.g., Accounts ↔ Contacts ↔ custom modules) Third-party API integration from Deluge (REST, auth handling, error management) IMAP / Google Workspace email integration with Zoho Zoho form customization and lead-capture setup Nice to have Experience integrating an AI/LLM API into a CRM workflow Background in B2B / multi-stakeholder or reseller-channel sales processes Comfort working from a written architecture and collaborating with a non-developer architect/PM
