Multifamily Real Estate Financial Model

We are looking for an experienced real estate financial modeler to build a dynamic Excel model for a multifamily value-add acquisition. The model should include acquisition sources & uses, rent roll assumptions, revenue, operating expenses, renovation capex, debt sizing, cash flow, exit valuation, and equity return analysis.
